Aotian Steel Wire welcomes key client for on-site visit and IATF16949 quality audit

Recently, Wuxi Aotian Steel Wire Products Co., Ltd. hosted an on-site visit by key cooperative clients, along with a special audit of its IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system. The client's delegation, consisting of technical, quality control and procurement teams, went deep into core areas of the company including production workshops, quality inspection centers and warehousing zones, conducting a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise’s production and operation capabilities as well as system management standards.

During the visit, the client team observed the full-process production line on-site, covering wire rod warehousing and testing, automatic pickling-phosphatization-saponification, spheroidizing heat treatment, wire drawing processes, and finished steel wire inspection. They paid special attention to the process control nodes and quality traceability system of high-strength alloy steel wire products such as SCM435. In the system audit session, the company's quality management department gave a detailed report on the operation status of the IATF16949 system, and provided complete supporting documents to the client regarding key modules including document control, process audit, non-conforming product disposal, and continuous improvement. The audit team conducted a full verification of the compliance and effectiveness of Aotian Steel Wire’s management system through document review, on-site interviews and sampling tests.

The client highly commended Aotian Steel Wire for its standardized production management, stringent quality control, and the effective implementation of the IATF16949 system, affirming that the company’s product quality and management capabilities are fully in line with the rigorous standards of the automotive industry supply chain.
