AoTian supplies a wide variety of CHQ carbon and alloy steel wire grades, including C4C, C10C, C20C, SAE1006, SAE1010, SAE1045, 10B21, 23MnB4, 35B2, 41Cr4,   42CrMo4, etc. These materials are produced according to EN, DIN, SAE/AISI/ASTM, JIS and GB standards, with diameters processing ranging from 0.5 mm to 42.0 mm.

The wire can be customized in various surfaces and delivery conditions, such as phosphate surface coated, polymer lubricated, cold drawn, or spheroidized annealed. Common applications include bolts, nuts, screws, rivets, pins, and other cold-formed components for automotive, construction, and general industry.

Key equipment includes automatic pickling and phosphating lines, nitrogen-protected annealing furnaces, and a complete range of high-speed drawing machines.
