MIG wires (metal inert gas welding)

These wires are available in bright or matte finishes and are designed to prevent weld pool contamination. Supplied on plastic spools or metal baskets, they cover a diameter range from 0.60 mm to 1.60 mm. The wire geometry and precise winding ensure smooth unwinding and steady feeding during welding.

TIG wires (tungsten inert gas welding)

Produced in 36" and 1,000 mm rods, with chamfered or rounded ends according to customer specifications, these TIG wires are supplied in plastic or corrugated tubes. They feature a clean, bright surface that minimizes the risk of contamination. Available in diameters from 0.80 mm to 5.00 mm, they are ideal for precision welding and critical components.

SAW wires (submerged arc welding)

Raajratna manufactures SAW wires in diameters ranging from 1.60 mm to 5.00 mm. Available in bright or matte finishes, they ensure consistent tensile strength and dimensional accuracy. Each wire is tested for helix, diameter, and tensile strength to guarantee smooth feeding and stable melting during the welding process.

Core and electrode wires

Raajratna electrode and core wires are available in stainless steel and nickel alloys, supplied on spools or cut to length. The produced alloys include ER307, ER308, ER309, ER309L, ER309LMo, ER310, ER312, ER316, ER316L, ER317L, ER318, ER347, ER430, and other variants, with custom chemical compositions available on request. All materials comply with AWS, DIN, BS, and JIS standards.

Wires for cladding and metallizing applications

Raajratna provides stainless steel and special alloy wires for cladding and metallizing applications, including ER420, 410NiMo, 309LMo, 316L, Alloy 625, and Alloy 825. These wires offer high wear and corrosion resistance, ideal for component restoration or surface protection in industrial environments.
