Trafilix concludes wire & Tube 2026 with focus on its six TX steel families

On April 17, wire & Tube 2026 came to a close, confirming its role as the leading global event for the wire processing industry. The exhibition brought together around 2,700 exhibitors from 65 countries across the halls of Messe Düsseldorf, offering a complete overview of the latest technological developments throughout the entire supply chain—from raw materials to advanced production and processing solutions.

Among the key exhibitors, Trafilix Industries presented the reorganization of its product portfolio into six distinct steel families. This structure had already been introduced in recent months at Made in Steel and MECSPE, and its presence in Düsseldorf represented a further step in the company’s communication strategy, aimed at making its offering clearer and easier to navigate for customers.

The exhibition space was structured around the six TX product families, a concept that embodies the company’s focus on research, technological development, and specialized expertise tailored to different application sectors.

The six product groups include:

  • TXST: bright and black steel bars
  • TXHT: heat-treated products
  • TXIM: improved machinability steels
  • TXSP: custom-designed special profiles
  • TXHC: HC controlled steel bars (low-coercivity free-cutting steels)
  • TXUS: surface- and internal-tested bars
