Rolling Tools in Stuttgart: spotlight on ogival and Conti Fasteners licensed dies

Rolling Tools Srl confirms its participation in the Fastener Fair in Stuttgart, scheduled from March 25 to 27, 2025. This marks the company's 7th time at the event, reinforcing its presence in one of the leading trade fairs for the fastener and fastening systems industry.

The Rolling Tools team will welcome visitors at booth 1578, hall 3, where it will showcase the latest advancements in its range of thread rolling tools and engage with manufacturers and industry specialists on emerging application needs.

A wide range of thread rolling tools

At the fair, Rolling Tools will highlight two recently introduced solutions in its catalog:

• ogival dies: specifically designed to allow progressive and uniform material deformation while reducing stress on the workpiece; additionally, their tapered shape ensures smoother and more precise screwing;

• Conti Fasteners licensed dies: these innovative tools feature advanced shapes and profiles, developed to achieve high precision and repeatability in thread rolling. Their controlled wear also helps optimize production costs.

Complete product range at the fair

In addition to ogival dies and Conti Fasteners licensed dies, Rolling Tools will showcase its full production range at the fair, including:

• dies made from conventional and special steels, with custom surface treatments available based on the material to be rolled;
• thread rolling, knurling, and roll forming, available in standard, custom-designed, or phased versions (SRS);
• rolls with segmented sections, made from conventional steels, high-speed steels, and special alloys, with surface treatments available upon request depending on the application;
• custom special tools, such as MAThread® and MATpoint®, designed to create threads that prevent misalignment and/or galling during fastening operations.
