PM400 and PM400S: Comtech’s most in-demand grinders return this September

Two of Comtech’s most popular models for spring production are returning to the market: the PM400 and PM400S bench grinders. Compact, versatile, and highly reliable, these machines have long been a benchmark for grinding tools made of steel and hard metal.

Comtech bench grinders: versatility and precision

Designed to meet the precision needs of round, rectangular, and central pin tools, both models offer a wide range of optional accessories to suit various production setups.

In particular, the PM400S model — an evolution of the PM400 — is equipped with a 380V, 0.75kW three-phase motor. Operating at 2800 RPM, it can handle rectangular tools, central pins, and round tools up to 45 mm. It supports both diamond and CBN grinding wheels and includes a 30,000 RPM handpiece for high-precision work. The result of a strategic investment, these grinders are now a benchmark for reliability and performance in the industry.
