During the event, attendees will have the chance to watch the RP18 in operation — a CNC-controlled thread rolling machine designed with a new concept focused on enhancing functionality and operational performance. The RP18 has been developed to deliver high rolling accuracy, improved ergonomics, and faster setup times, key features valued in fastener manufacturing environments.

Technical features at the heart of the demonstration

Throughout the day, visitors can take a closer look at the machine’s redesigned architecture, featuring a completely new base frame, an advanced CNC system and a hydraulic power unit equipped with an energy-saving servopump capable of reducing power consumption by up to 75%.

These innovations make the RP18 CNC a highly versatile solution for heavy-duty applications in the automotive, aerospace, and oil & gas industries, as well as in the production of critical fasteners — sectors where process stability, repeatability, and digital parameter control are essential.
