Every single component is uniquely identified and monitored throughout the entire production cycle — from the selection of raw materials, always certified and sourced from internationally qualified suppliers, to machining, surface and heat treatments, and final inspection.
This approach makes it possible to provide customers with complete, verifiable documentation certifying all processes, materials, and tests performed. It is not only about “knowing what has been done,” but about ensuring full visibility over the entire production history of each item, thereby strengthening trust, reliability, and transparency.

PAGANONI® manufactures and refurbishes parts using wear-resistant materials and coatings, supported by specialized grinding processes. It also performs other mechanical restoration operations for the recovery of drawing capstans, spools, rings, rollers, bushings, cylinders, and other components used in wire drawing plants.
The range includes the renowned materials and coatings KERBLACK®, KERSINT®, WOLSIDE®, and NIKSINT®, recently joined by the COLDSIDE® coating.
