Kersint® super-sintered ceramic material

KERSINT® is a super-sintered ceramic material based on zirconium oxide and rare minerals, designed for high-wear components in wet and dry wire drawing lines.

The wear of the acid-resistant KERSINT ® rings is practically NEGLIGIBLE, with consequent considerable reduction of service and downtime. KERSINT ® by Paganoni, Division of Mario Nava S.p.A., is particularly suitable for the manufacturing of parts used in the wet and dry wire-drawing industry, where a very low roughness-value (Ra) is necessary.
