Moreschi to showcase innovations in tube cutting blades, technical consulting, and reconditioning

The appointment with wire & Tube 2026, the leading international trade fair dedicated to the wire, cable, and tube industry, to be held in Düsseldorf, is approaching. This year as well, Moreschi S.r.l. will be present in Hall 6, C34, with a booth designed and built by reusing production scrap materials, in line with sustainability and circular economy.

On display will be the company’s established TCT blades for pipe cutting:

• MoreCut, for cutting internal-scarfed tubes;
• MoreSpin, for orbital cutting applications;
• MoreFly, for flying cut-off applications;
• MoreSky, for stationary cutting;
• MoreKey, featuring innovative welding technology that enables very close tooth pitch, capable of replacing traditional HSS blades, ensuring higher productivity, improved process stability, and reduced machine downtime. Used for cutting stainless steel and light alloys, and in applications where superior surface finish is not required;
• WOL, record-breaking blades for brass cutting, capable of achieving up to 5 million cuts.

• design and technical consulting: by working closely with customers, Moreschi develops customized solutions to meet specific cutting requirements;
• PVD coatings: applied in-house on blades up to 1400 mm in diameter, increasing wear resistance, extending service life, and improving cutting performance;
• InnityCut: reconditioning service for disposable blades, with an estimated saving of approximately 25 tons of raw material per year, generating tangible environmental and economic benefits;

A new feature of the 2026 edition will be the presentation of the motorized model MoreTF 2500. In the past, Moreschi designed and built a system capable of resharpening friction cutting blades up to 3200 mm in diameter, addressing particularly complex requirements.

Today, as an evolution of its know-how, the MoreTF 2500 system will allow friction cutting blades up to 2500 mm in diameter to be resharpened directly at the customer’s premises, when it is not possible to deliver the blades to Moreschi’s facility. This project is based on already tested technology and is designed to provide reliable, long-lasting solutions compliant with the company’s high-quality standards.
