Moreschi’s blades return to Made in Steel: innovation and sustainability at the core
After a long break, Moreschi S.r.l. is returning to Made in Steel, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening relationships with existing customers and opening up to new collaborations, in the Italian and international markets.
New PVD coating service for large-diameter saw blades
At Made in Steel 2025, the company will introduce a new PVD coating service for large-diameter blades, up to 1400 mm. This treatment increases blade lifespan and performance, providing a competitive advantage.
Discover Moreschi’s blades
Featured solutions will include the WA and WI blades, TCT (tungsten carbide-tipped) saw blades specifically designed for cutting steel and stainless steel. The company will also present the MoreKey blades, equipped with carbide tips applied using a new welding technology. These cutting tools allow for extremely tight tooth pitches, down to 3.2 mm, offering an efficient alternative to traditional HSS blades and a productive solution for increasing tooth count. MoreKey is also positioned as a sustainable alternative to disposable blades. The booth will also showcase a blade with a diameter of up to 3200 mm—the largest manufactured by the company.
A sustainable booth concept
Moreschi’s compact 4x4 meter booth will be built with thoughtful sustainable and creative solutions, reflecting the company’s environmental commitment. The side walls will feature scraps from the InfinityCut system, Moreschi’s patented technology for regenerating disposable blades, capable of reducing raw material consumption by up to 25 tons per year. The design will be completed with a laser-cut metal screen and tables, both made from production scrap.
A multidisciplinary team will be present at the event, including Italian sales representatives, export specialists, company management, marketing, and purchasing staff.
