TECNOVO and KONER, manufacturing companies of the TKT Group, are getting ready to meet clients and partners at wire Southeast Asia 2025. The two companies will exhibit together at booth K07, from September 17 to 19, at the BITEC Exhibition Centre in Bangkok. What are the main innovations you’ll be presenting at wire Southeast Asia 2025?

We’re excited to showcase several solutions designed to enhance efficiency and performance in wire drawing processes. These include a new range of high-performance lubricants for both dry and wet drawing, covering the full spectrum of applications in steel wire processing. These products are engineered to ensure consistent results, even under demanding operating conditions.

Have you made any updates to your die inspection and maintenance solutions?

Absolutely. Our D-Lab device, developed in partnership with Aeroel and widely successful worldwide and already well known for its accurate measurement of die diameter and ovality, has been further enhanced. It now covers an extended measuring range from 0.25 mm to 10 mm. We will also present new die grinding machines that are highly efficient and user-friendly, significantly reducing grinding and polishing time while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Are you also working on materials and technical components?

Yes, another key focus is the advancement of our tungsten carbide dies. We produce a wide range of dies and custom parts made with sophisticated micro-grains, featuring zero porosity and offering superior density and hardness without compromising toughness. In addition, we’ll be showcasing high-performance galvanizing wiping pads, treated with specific internal and external coatings and lubrications, suitable for all applications and tailored to customer requirements. We also offer integrated chemical and mechanical solutions for wire and rod cleaning.
