Vassena Filiere Srl presents in preview on this network to drawing mill industry the new dies VG402R, designed for the high speed drawing of PC Wire (only green page). These are provided with an innovative pressure die worked out following a new criterion of calculus of inside geometries, either of Pressure Die or Die, at purpose to achieve a major anchorage of the lubricant on the wire, reducing the friction produced during the drawing.
Drawing speed and die life are automatically stepped up and incidence of die cost on working process is greatly abated.
