Vassena launches a cost-effective, handy and ecological wire cleaning system
To meet the needs of its customers, Vassena has widened its production range supplying a wire degreaser which is totally ready-to-use, complete of engine and installed on supports.
The wire cleaning system has reduced dimensions: the length is about 60 cm, the height variable according to the customer's requests. It has been equipped with a brake motor and with a system to recover the lubricant.
The CE compliant wire degreaser is an ecological system, because it removes the lubricant from the wire surface without using acids or other products with disposal problems. Thanks to the different grain sizes of the abrasive pads you can modulate the cleaning of the wire, removing up to 60-80% of the lubricant that remained on the wire after the wire drawing phase.
