Enameling Dies

Wirex solid enameling dies are available in tungsten carbide and poly crystalline diamond in the size range:

TC insert: 0.180 mm - 6.00 mm
PCD insert: 0.100 mm - 4.00 mm
 

Wirex solid enameling dies achieve a more accurate and consistent enameling application on enameled wire. Wirex tapered internal geometry allows easy threadability for even the smallest sizes. These dies are available in standard shapes and also custom made.
