12th China WireShow 2021 postponed
The 12th China International Wire & Cable Industry Exhibition (WireShow 2021) has been postponed due to Covid-19. New dates yet to be defined.
As Covid-19 infections rebound in China, the local government has adopted new strict measures to prevent and control further development of the epidemic. This is why, after a reasoned discussion with the relevant departments, the organizers of WireShow 2021 have decided to postpone the event to safer times.
The trade show, jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute Co. Ltd., was originally scheduled for August 31 to September 2, 2021, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our exhibitors, visitors and partners. Currently, we are actively coordinating and communicating with the relevant parties and will announce the new dates and plan as soon as it is confirmed. Meanwhile, we would like to express our gratitude to the relevant departments and industry counterparts for their continuous support and understanding“ - the organizers commented.
