AnyPlan: the first matchmaking app for any trade show in the world

AnyPlan is the new mobile app that allows users to organize business meetings in any trade show in the world, whether they’re exhibitors or visitors. The app has been designed and created by Honegger: the company has acquired experience in the marketing and trade fairs fields and operates since 1970 in promoting and organizing trade shows all around the world. Honegger has worked on AnyPlan as an important tool to let users create their own personal agenda of trade fairs and events. The app also allows to save time while planning individual or group meetings with one’s personal contacts, sharing the agenda availability and matchmaking with new contacts.

The users can now register in AnyPlan through LinkedIn, by importing their own professional data and saving time; otherwise, they can fill the required fields once downloaded the app. It is important for the users to insert the keywords belonging to their professional sector: according to these keywords, the new homepage of the app will be customized with the specific trade shows, according to the sector. Moreover, thanks to a new navigation system, it will be easier to select the trade shows directly by name or through: industry, keywords, location and date.

The user can share with a click his/her agenda availabilities for a specific event with all the other users that are registered in the app. He/she can also see if other managers have confirmed their participation to the same trade fair. It is possible to share the availability with other people that are present in the mobile phone address books. The recipients, if interested, can confirm date and time according to their availabilities: this confirmation will appear in the sender’s agenda on AnyPlan. The “Create Custom Meeting” function allows users to extend the invitations for a specific date and time during an event, filling all the free days in the agenda. The user will be able to control constantly his own agenda and the confirmed meetings, the waiting ones and the free time-slots.

AnyPlan has a database of more than 4.000 trade fairs in the world, divided according to the sector. The app is now available in eight languages (English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Russian) and soon there will be also the Arabic one.

AnyPlan has involved an international team of selected partners to promote the app and its use in the most important countries and markets in the world, according to the specific local needs.
The app has also been created to offer the best experience possible in planning business meetings during trade fairs, congress, conferences and events. AnyPlan could also be a new business matching service for trade shows organizers, to be integrated with the usual proposal made to the exhibitors.
AnyPlan will also be available during wire/Tube in Düsseldorf from April 16th to 20th.
