Coming from the USA? Here is how not to miss out on wire & Tube Düsseldorf
The U.S. Commercial Service in Düsseldorf has recently launched a booth staffing program to support American exhibitors unable to reach Germany.
Recently, Messe Düsseldorf Board of Directors has confirmed that wire & Tube 2020 will be held between December 7 and 11, 2020.
However, because of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, attending the trade show could not be that easy. First of all, you have to determine whether your country is among the so-called “risk areas” (the information is being constantly updated here). At the moment (Sept. 21, 2020), the whole US territory is considered a risk area. If you want to know the obligations which apply to those who enter Germany from a country at risk, it is necessary to refer to the rules established by the Land Nord-Rhein Westfalen (here the latest version in German) where Düsseldorf is located. We recommend you refer to the German embassy in your country before setting for departure.
If you come from the United States of America, be aware that the U.S. Commercial Service in Düsseldorf has recently launched a booth staffing program to support American exhibitors who cannot staff their booth but still want to showcase their products on an international marketplace. More specifically, Messe Düsseldorf staff will find qualified representatives (REP), train them on proper business etiquette, check-in with them multiple times during the fair duration, and discuss any key interaction or follow-up opportunities.
The service cost includes direct payment to the REP and a commercial service fee for the office, according to the size of the exhibiting company. Please, refer to the official press release for all the information you need. Additionally, to determine the size of your company and thus the total cost of the service, please visit this link >>>
