Copyright of the material available on Expometals

After the recent episodes of plagiarism we’ve been informed of on the portal, the last one involving the information belonging to Enco Tecnologie S.r.l., we would like to publicly remind that the contents available inside the online stands of the international online network Expometals.net – data, news, pictures, drawings, marks and domain names – belong to the proprietary companies.

Those contents are protected by the Italian national law, with specific reference to Law n.633 of April 22nd, 1941, concerning protection of copyright and related rights.

The user has no licence nor right of use, thus he/she is not entitled to the registration of such data – partially or completely – on any kind of support. Reproduction, copying, publishing or use with commercial intent, without any previous authorisation from the rightholding company is forbidden. Therefore any reproduction, even if partial, without explicit consent is punishable in accordance with the aforementioned legislation.

Expometals.net® explicitly refers to the protection of copyright in the portal’s policy: the digital contents given to the portal shall not violate any copyright, trademark, patent or other right given by Law; each company is fully responsible for the material published in their area, including legal recourses.
