Covid-19 - Message to the visitors of Expometals.net

Dear expometals.net reader,

in normal circumstances, we would have just come back from Düsseldorf, and we’d be in our office, dealing with business cards and requests for quotations. Instead, the majority of us has been cooped up indoors for days or weeks. Italy has been hit hard and we Italians with it. Now, the rest of the world is struggling too, as this tidal wave called Covid-19 is sweeping away people, companies, and society as a whole. During these days of lockdown, our minds are full of thoughts and concerns. Something within us has changed forever and we are all scared. We are worried about our family, our business, our work, our employees, their families, and we feel powerless in the face of this plague.

I don't know if it happens to you as well, but these days I’m feeling a call from deep inside. I keep asking myself: What can I do? How can I make myself useful? How can I contribute? The only conclusion I have come to, in my own small way, is to look to the future.

Over the last 20 years, with the help of my outstanding collaborators, brick by brick, release after release, we have crafted a web platform that can give companies effective and monitorable results. In short, I have in my hand a web tool, now more powerful than ever (with an increase in February of 40%, which made us close to 40,000 visits per month), designed to give international visibility to the companies in the industry.

Expometals is here, now more than ever. Our staff is 100% operational, and we are going to keep working to provide you with the latest updates in terms of products, companies, and events. Our headquarters are in Lombardy, in the center of this whirlwind, but we don't give up! We want to keep going headlong to offer top-quality services to everyone who makes use of expometals.net, both visitors and exhibiting companies. This pandemic will end sooner or later, we will come out of it. We better be well prepared!
