EuroBLECH 2026 launches Innovation Zone focused on advanced manufacturing

EuroBLECH 2026 is introducing a new feature dedicated to the technologies shaping the next generation of sheet metal working: the Innovation Zone | Advanced Manufacturing. Positioned in a prominent location within the exhibition, the area will showcase cutting-edge solutions and developments that are transforming industrial production.

Scheduled from October 20 to 23, 2026 at the Hanover Exhibition Grounds, EuroBLECH, organised by RX, continues to adapt to the changing needs of the manufacturing sector. As companies accelerate investments in automation, digital technologies and smart production environments, the Innovation Zone will highlight innovations that enhance productivity, accuracy and operational performance. These technologies will complement the extensive range of machinery demonstrations, product launches and live presentations taking place throughout the exhibition.

A dedicated showcase for manufacturing innovation

The new feature reflects the industry's increasing focus on flexibility, efficiency and sustainable growth. By bringing together advanced automation systems, digital manufacturing tools and precision-engineering solutions, the zone offers visitors a concentrated overview of the technologies influencing both current and future sheet metal processing.

EuroBLECH has always been a platform where the future of sheet metal working comes into focus,” said Evelyn Warwick, Exhibition Director for EuroBLECH on behalf of RX. “With the Innovation Zone, we are placing advanced manufacturing technologies firmly at the heart of the visitor experience. It is about making advanced manufacturing developments more accessible, more visible and more actionable for the global manufacturing community.”

To maintain a strong emphasis on innovation, only technologies introduced between 1 November 2025 and 20 October 2026 will be eligible for inclusion. This approach further strengthens EuroBLECH’s role as a leading international meeting point for sheet metal working professionals seeking solutions for more intelligent and sustainable production.

Enhancing exhibitor exposure and visitor engagement

The Innovation Zone offers exhibitors a dedicated platform to present a key innovation within a specially curated, high-visibility environment. Participants can choose between two presentation formats — Showcase Podiums and Discovery Panels — allowing them to display physical products or communicate their innovations through visual and digital content.

Visitors will benefit from a more structured and efficient exhibition experience. Guided tours will conclude within the zone, directing attendees to some of the event’s newest technologies. Easy access to technical specifications, case studies and product information will help visitors quickly identify relevant solutions and suppliers, supporting faster evaluation and decision-making.

Exhibition layout redesigned for improved networking

Alongside the launch of the Innovation Zone, EuroBLECH 2026 will introduce an updated hall configuration aimed at improving visitor navigation and technology discovery. As part of this reorganisation, exhibitors specialising in surface treatment and joining technologies will be relocated to Hall 16, creating stronger links between related technology sectors.

The revised layout is expected to encourage more meaningful interactions, facilitate cross-industry exploration and generate greater business opportunities for exhibitors and attendees alike.

Join the next chapter of manufacturing innovation

Companies wishing to highlight their latest developments can secure a place within the Innovation Zone and position their technologies at the forefront of industry innovation.

Expometals.net is proud to support the event as an official media partner, contributing to the promotion of the latest developments, technologies and trends that are shaping the future of sheet metal working and advanced manufacturing.
