Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019: growth prospects and a new area

Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019, the world leading event for the fastener and fixing industry, will take place from 19 – 21 March 2019, in halls 1, 3 and 5 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Grounds in Germany. To this day, the 22.000 square meters exhibition space has already been almost completely reserved. 

Around 900 companies from 40 different countries will attend the event. Europe will have a strong presence with Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and France as major exhibitors, while Asian exhibitors will be mainly coming from Turkey, China, India and Taiwan.

The Fastener Fair Stuttgart Exhibition Profile covers all areas of the fastener and fixing industry: industrial fasteners and fixings, construction fixings, assembly and installation systems as well as fastener manufacturing technology. The show is aimed at distributors, suppliers, engineers and other industry professionals and is therefore a crucial meeting point for the whole industry.

For the first time, a special area will be reserved for bonding and other adhesive technologies. This sector is experiencing a huge growth in modern manufacturing: bonding and adhesive technologies enable the use of thinner and lighter materials and are, thus, perfectly suited for composite systems. These features make them an excellent addition to traditional fasteners and this is why they have become a vital choice in lightweight construction, for example in the automotive and electronics industries.
