German raw steel production rises in November. Raw steel production in German foundries increased 8% year-on-year in November, rebounding from the 11% decline in the previous month, the Federal Statistical Office reported on Monday. Pig iron production rose 8.1% to 2.26 million tonnes in November, rebounding from the 18% drop in October.
