Heading to China! wire/Tube China 2014 special issue

Only one week is left before the beginning of the trade fair duo wire & Tube China 2014, to be held
at the New International Expo Center (SNIEC) in Shanghai on September 24 - 27.

The trade shows are celebrating the 10th anniversary this year. Following the success of the past five editions, wire China and Tube China are ready to show the latest trends in China's wire, cable, tube and pipe industry - one of the best trade and exchange platform in the Asian region.

Relevant conferences and events are going to be hosted during the fair. With government officials and renowned experts as speakers, these activities are going to focus on the hot topics, such as China’s macro-economic situation, the financial investment trends, urbanization, etc.

China’s economy is entering into a crucial period. The quickly changed growth rate, the pressure from filling the overcapacity, the internal impetus of transformation, upgrading and innovation, are confronting China’s wire, cable, tube and pipe industries with opportunities and challenges. That said, China is still the country that budgeted $105.9 billion for railway investments in 2013, having a long term plan to expand the network to 270,000 km (170,000 mi) by 2050.

At the New Expo Center in Pudong, Shanghai, 5 halls are going to house the wire and cable-related companies (from W1 to W5) and 3 (from E1 to E3) will host the tube and pipe firms. Several companies showcased on Expometals.net are exhibiting at the show.
