Made in Steel: the Countdown

The Italian and international steel industry will be meeting in Milan next May 20 – 22 for the 6th edition of Made in Steel. The countdown has already begun to the opening of the steel Conference & Exhibition at the Tradeshow in Rho, Milan. With some 250 Italian and international exhibitors from the production, processing, distribution and user side of the steel industry, the venue has become a save-the-date event for Italian steel operators. The drawing sector will also be present with more than 20 exhibitors representing raw material suppliers, drawing plants, trade associations, and product or service suppliers.

Not only a key venue for meeting other supply chain operators, Made in Steel is also a great opportunity for attendees to further the process of internationalization thanks to the presence of buyers from 16 countries around the world. Also present will be a selected number of Italian Chambers of Commerce operating outside Italy. They can provide key information and useful contacts with a view to entering foreign markets.

Made in Steel always makes a point of organizing opportunities for reflection and debate. The 6th edition is no exception. A raft of conferences, events and seminars on the market, strategy, products and technology is scheduled. Not-to-be-missed is the May 20 conference Industria & Acciaio 2030 presenting the results of a one-year-plus survey into likely development trends over the next 15 years in manufacturing in general, and the steel industry in particular.
