Ruia Group acquires Germany's fasteners manufacturer Acument

Ruia Group acquires Germany's automotive fasteners manufacturer Acument. The Rs5,000 crore industrial conglomerate, Ruia Group today announced that it has acquired German automotive fasteners manufacturer Acument GmH & Co KG from the bankrupt Acument Global Technologies, for an undisclosed sum. This is the third acquisition for the Kolkata-based Pawan Ruia Group, in Germany and fourth in Europe within a span of three years. It had acquired Germany's Gumasol Rubber Tec GmBH, Draftex Automotive,GmBH and Schlegel Automotive Europe of the UK.
