Sacma Group obtains a great success during the Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2013

Sacma team would like to thank very much all the customers who visited our booth during the Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2013 exhibition. Year after year our stand becomes bigger in order to be able to welcome its guest and to present the new Sacma Limbiate Spa and Ingramatic Spa machines. This successful edition demonstrates the large interest of the fastener makers for our products. Sacma Group will continue to invest in R&D ready to anticipate the needs of the fastener market.   Sacma Group, the most dynamic company for designing and manufacturing headers and threaders, will introduce at least 19 new models in only one year. Making important investments in its facilities with new FMS Machines, new buildings and R&D, the synergy with Sacma Limbiate and Ingramatic reached a unique capability for proving high technology and reliable machines.   Ingramatic brought to the show its Ingramatic threader RP22 and has allowed us to present the smaller machine available for a very high speed screws production. During the Fastener Fair Stuttgart Ingramatic took the opportunity to introduce also its new “I-Thread” line of rollers with the starter unit driven by servomotors and the motorized die match. To complete its product range, Ingramatic presented the new Warm Threader for the Aerospace Market and its new SMP12/16/22 pointing machines.   Sacma Limbiate presented also new models including the Net Shape part former SP270 (11mm wire diam., 6 dies, 80tons loading) with the patented wire feeder “S-Feed”, the SP470-CR and the iconic SP570-CR/360 with new technical features like 360 tons for a 25mm max wire diam.
