Special on: wire Russia 2017

Not a single show, but a trade fair quartet in one single venue: wire Russia is going to be concurrently held together with Tube Russia, Metallurgy Russia and Litmash Russia under the roof of the Moscow trade fair location Krasnaya Presnya from 5 to 8 June 2017.

According to MEPS, challenging business conditions persist in the Russian Federation. The flat product market continues to stagnate and construction-related activities are also subdued, since building work is slow to improve. Steelmakers are pinning their hopes on forecasts of better sales in the coming months, and despite the tight economic situation overall in Russia, it is of particular importance for both international and Russian companies to fly their flags and maintain their positions on the Russian market.
Many international exhibitors are expected in Moscow to intensify existing business relations and make new contacts. Hopefully, the recent weather conditions won't have implications on the trade show organization. A severe storm struck Moscow and surrounding suburbs yesterday, killing at least 16 people and injuring 200 others. (link)
