WAI opens call for presentations for Interwire 2027 and REWIREcable Forum

The Wire Association International, Inc. (WAI) has issued a Call for Presentations for its Interwire Conference & Trade Exposition slated for May 4-6, 2027, and for the REWIREcable Forum on May 6, 2027, both at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

 

The Interwire Conference theme is: Safety Starts Here. Safer Work. Stronger Industry. Presenters are invited to propose a presentation topic via abstract submission for one of two tracks: 1) The Safety Starts Here track or 2) the Technical Innovation track. Submissions should focus on actionable insights that help protect people, strengthen operations, and advance the industry.

  • Operational safety on the plant floor
  • Electrical & thermal safety
  • Material, chemicals & environmental safety
  • Designing safety into equipment & facilities
  • Safety training, culture & workforce development

WAI, in partnership with Innovites, introduces the REWIREcable Forum, a dedicated digital- and technology-focused educational program at Interwire 2027, for which it is also seeking presentations.

 

The one-day forum—intended for production leaders, supply chain professionals, IT/OT specialists, digital transformation teams, and operational decision-makers—will explore the technologies, strategies, and digital transformation initiatives shaping the future of wire and cable manufacturing.
