wire & Tube 2020 aiming for new heights
The largest net exhibition space ever rented and a new exhibitor record
wire 2020 and Tube 2020 are getting closer, the world's largest trade fair duo dedicated to the wire, cable and tube industries is slated for March 30 - April 3, 2020, at the Düsseldorf exhibition centre.
The registration figures are already very promising, especially considering we are still a few months ahead before the events go off. The data seem to point out to a new record for next year: 65,000 square meters of net exhibition space have already been rented out for the wire and 52,000 for the Tube.
As a key nexus for all the major players in these industries, wire & Tube 2020 will attract 2,500 enterprises coming from all over the world, with a strong increase in attendance from Turkey, India and Taiwan and a huge participation from the traditional exhibitor regions, such as Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe.
In exhibition halls 9 to 17, exhibitors will showcase machinery and equipment for wire manufacturing and finishing, process technology tools and auxiliaries, raw materials, glass fibre technologies, special wires and cables, measuring, control equipment and inspection engineering. Hall 15 will be dedicated to mesh welding machines, while spring making technology and products as well as fasteners and finished products will be on showcase in halls 16 and 17.
In exhibition halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.0 and 7a, visitors will instead be able to find the complete process chain in the tube industry, featuring a comprehensive portfolio: from machinery and equipment for tube manufacturing, forming and processing, to raw materials, tubes and accessories, second-hand machinery, process engineering tools, auxiliaries, measuring and control equipment as well as test engineering. These are complemented by tube trade, tube bending and tube sawing equipment, OCTG technology, pipelines, profiles, machinery and plastic tubes.
