wire South America and Tubotech 2015 - Trade show special
After the successful premiere in 2013, Messe Düsseldorf and its partner Grupo Cipa Fieras & Congressos are going to organize the second staging of wire South America on October 6 – 8, 2015 at the Imigrantes Exhibition Centre in São Paulo, Brazil.
The International Wire and Cable Trade Fair will will be an outstanding opportunity for visitors from Brazil and neighboring countries to obtain information on their own continent, while international exhibitors will be able to present themselves to the big South American market.
Together with the concurrently held TUBOTECH trade fair, wire South America attracted in 2013 about 15,000 trade visitors. The question arises if Brazil's weak economic conditions will now have an impact. In 2014, according to Instituto Aço Brasil, the country was ranked as the sixth largest net exporter of steel in the world, selling 5.8 Mt to more than 100 nations. The crude steel output was 33.9 Mt, produced by 29 mills, managed by 11 business groups.
