wire/Tube 2014. Good feedback from the German trade fair duo
After five days of intensive meetings, negotiations and discussions the two fairs, wire 2014 and Tube 2014, held in Düsseldorf, Germany on April 7-11, ended up.
72,000 visitors from 104 countries have gathered together at the exhibition center on the Rhine, attracted by the innovations presented by over 2,500 international exhibitors.
In the wake of a certain improvement in the steel industry in 2014, the comments collected on site were generally positive. In particular, many companies have pointed out a significant improvement in visitors quality: meeting decision-makers is a priority for a company participating in such events.
« The fairs were held at the right time, in a phase when many companies want to invest and position themselves for further competition », said Joachim Schäfer, Managing Director of Messe Düsseldorf. « Wire and Tube have again registered a growth in the exhibitors number and a significant increase in the exhibition space », added Mr. Schäfer satisfied.
For Expometals.net the fair was a great success, too: first, it was a unique opportunity to meet all the companies listed on the portal, to collect their ideas and suggestions, and update them on the latest developments, such as the introduction of the Russian language and the ability to publish on the portal their agents, locations and international representatives.
