Wiredrawing.net: we evaluate the year 2007. Last days of the year: for wiredrawing.net, it's time for evaluations. At this time of the year we take advantage to look back and review successes and failures, joys and difficulties of 2007. This year has been a very important one for us: the publication of the new homepage, the introduction of the exhibitor’s videos, the empowerment of the stand’s structure, the strengthening of the indexing on search engines, have made the network a better and more complete portal , totally at the service of the visibility of the exhibitors. Technical improvements only? No, not exactly, because these innovations, combined with our work behind the scenes of the site and all the new business activities carried out by our staff, gave its results:  

- the birth to an opinion’s movement around the project, see the article on wiredrawing.net published few weeks ago on La Provincia of Lecco and the debate which came out at the last edition of Metalfiliera;  
- the acquisition of 31 new exhibitors, that are added to an already large number of firms representing the whole sector, from raw material to finished product;  
-the attainment of the peak of 18,000 visits per month: a number that brings us closer to our target to become the online benchmark of the sector. These results are a good reason for celebrating, but also a good reason to mention all those who have worked with us, with different tasks, to achieve them. Without our staff, and, above all, without the trust showed by the exhibitors, we would not have reached this point.

And also we could not continue in 2008, the year of “Wire Düsseldorf 2008”, the year that, we believe, will mark a crucial step forward for wiredrawing.net. Our commitment, the continuous upgrades and new successes for the benefit of our customers: is in this way that we want to pay you back. Just few notes of service: From the 26th to the 31st of December, we will publish a major new section, called “Market”, that will complete the network with the research of the product: a showcase dedicated to all products from all exhibitors. If so far we have highlighted name and news of the company, with the new year, with the opening of Market, the products of the exhibitors will be in the first position as well, so that they will be directly accessible by the visitors.

Moreover, in these days we will publish the new SQL database server that will allow us to increase nearly twice the speed of loading pages and to begin a major international advertising campaign on the Web, in view of the long-awaited “Wire Düsseldorf 2008”, where we will be present with a stand. In the end, we inform all the exhibitors and visitors of the website that we will be available also during the all duration of the holidays.
