Solid tungsten carbide ring guides and buncher guides

Tungsten carbide alloys provide a long lasting, wear-resistant option and are two to three times more rigid than steel. The material has a very high resistance to deformation and deflection and its impact resistance is as good as that of some hardened tool steels.

We offer eyelets, ring guides and buncher guides for a variety of models of machines. Solid tungsten carbide descaling rolls as well as custom designed tungsten carbide parts complete this product line.

All parts are polished to a mirror finish in the contact areas to minimize friction.
