Modula Long Goods is the vertical automated storage system designed by Modula for the intelligent management of bars, profiles, frames, tubes, extrusions, and long goods of any material up to 7 meters in length. Developed to meet the needs of companies handling long and bulky products, the system optimizes storage space, improves operational safety, and increases the efficiency of logistics processes.
Thanks to its automated vertical configuration, Modula Long Goods increases storage density by up to 90%, drastically reducing the floor space required compared to traditional shelving systems for long materials. This feature maximizes the use of every available space, improving long goods organization and contributing to greater overall system efficiency.
In addition, Modula Long Goods can be configured with a lateral opening system designed to efficiently serve adjacent production lines or conveyors — enabling direct extraction of individual products from the machine side and making material flow even faster, more continuous, and fully integrated with the production process.
Through integration with WMS software and ERP systems, Modula Long Goods ensures real-time monitoring of stock levels, locations, and warehouse movements — enabling complete SKU traceability and efficient supply chain management.
