Automatic packing lines for coils and sheet batches

Features and automation
The systems manage sheet batches and slit coils, assembling them into batches or piles through automated handling solutions. Chainways, rollerways, and automated lifting devices provide precise and reliable movement while reducing handling times.
For cut-to-length lines, batch packing can be integrated with pallet feeding or wooden beam insertion devices. Slitting line applications can incorporate pile packing equipment for slit coils. These operations are integrated into the automatic batch or pile forming process.
Novastilmec also provides strapping units for final product handling. Slit coil piles can receive circumferential or radial straps, while packed sheet batches can be strapped lengthwise or transversally, completing the automated packing process.
