Wire galvanizing line

Wire galvanizing line

CSM Metalurji offers a complete range of equipment for wire galvanizing lines, covering both the zinc coating process and the wire annealing stage that precedes it. The equipment is manufactured to suit different wire diameters and production requirements, supporting continuous and reliable operation throughout the galvanizing process.

Zinc and zinc-alloy coating lines

CSM Metalurji offers zinc and zinc-alloy coating lines in both inline and off-line configurations, enabling the uniform and controlled application of zinc, alloy, or other protective coatings to wire and metal products. Both configurations improve corrosion resistance, surface quality, and product service life, with the equipment manufactured to suit different wire diameters and coating requirements.

Inline coating lines

Inline coating lines are designed for the continuous coating of wire and metal products throughout the production process, applying zinc, alloy, or other protective coatings directly on the line. Thanks to their precise process control and robust mechanical structure, they provide reliable performance under high-speed, continuous production conditions.

Off-line coating lines

Off-line coating lines are designed for coating wire and metal products independently from the main production line, offering flexible solutions for different coating requirements. Their robust structure and precise process control ensure reliable performance under continuous and intensive production conditions, with high coating quality and operational efficiency.

Wire annealing furnaces

Open-fired wire annealing furnaces are designed to carry out the heat treatment of steel wire as part of an uninterrupted production process. By maintaining controlled operating conditions throughout the annealing cycle, they prepare the material for subsequent manufacturing stages while supporting consistent production throughput.

Compared with batch annealing systems, where individual wire coils are processed one cycle at a time, continuous annealing furnaces treat the material as it moves through the production line. This configuration is particularly suitable for integrated wire processing and galvanizing lines requiring continuous operation.

Open-fired wire annealing furnaces are suitable for the heat treatment of both low-carbon and high-carbon steel wire. Owing to their straightforward operation, reduced operating and maintenance requirements, and widespread use in the wire industry, they represent a common solution for continuous annealing applications.

CSM Metalurji also manufactures fluidized bed wire annealing furnaces, primarily used for low-carbon steel wire production. Their compact design helps reduce overall galvanizing line length, while offering low acid consumption and efficient, cost-effective operation.
