Industrial solubilization or annealing furnaces

Industrial solubilization or annealing furnaces

The solubilization furnaces have a wide range of customization according to the product to be treated. Typically the heat treatment of the solubilization resistances is also called annealing treatment.

Small metal parts are normally solubilized in continuous or "batch" ovens are: fittings, tubs, sinks, pipes, turbine blades, etc.

The smaller pieces undergo the treatment in a controlled atmosphere of nitrogen-hydrogen to avoid oxidation, while those of greater size and weight are treated in the air, often moved by automatic feeders or other means.

The continuous furnaces for the solubilization usually involve a movement through conveyor belts in high thermal resistance alloys. For some small metal parts, furnaces are available with metal roller conveyors or ceramic rollers, which allow the achievement of higher temperatures and energy savings in their conduction.

For the solubilization of the protective mantle, in order to allow the bending of the element, furnaces are used for armored or annealing resistances. However, in addition to containing different construction elements, they also have the function of sealing the internal resistive coils by hardening the insulating oxide that surrounds them.
