Stainless steel tubes for food & beverage

CSM TUBE manufactures stainless steel tubes for the food and beverage industry, designed for the refrigeration and heating of food-grade liquids. They are used, for example, in beverage dispensers, beer coolers, water coolers, and professional coffee machines.
Food and beverage applications
The products are designed for environments where hygiene and chemical resistance are essential. Main applications include:
- dispensing systems: tubes for beverage dispensers, beer cooling systems, and distribution systems for water and beverages;
- food-grade heat exchangers: coils for water heating and tubes for shell-and-tube heat exchangers;
- connection and drainage: connecting tubes for domestic hot water systems.
Hygiene and surface finish
In the food industry, the quality of the internal surface is a critical requirement to prevent bacterial contamination and growth. CSM TUBE places particular emphasis on:
- controlled roughness: the use of 3D optical microscopes enables measurement and verification of surface roughness, ensuring that internal surfaces are suitable for food contact and resistant to frequent cleaning cycles with aggressive cleaning agents;
- certified materials: use of corrosion-resistant AISI stainless steels, suitable for conveying food-grade liquids without altering their organoleptic properties.
Technical specifications and dimensional range
- Diameters: from 5.00 mm to 25.00 mm
- Wall thicknesses: from 0.40 mm to 1.00 mm
- Formats: straight lengths (up to 20 m), coils (up to 2200 m)
Each batch of coiled tubes is pressure tested up to 70 bar (with testing capability up to 100 bar) to ensure maximum leak tightness under all operating conditions.
CSM TUBE’s technical department is available to develop customized solutions in compliance with the hygienic requirements of your specific application.
