Wire drawing dies polishing machine
Die Quip specializes in the production of the highest quality die finishing equipment and tooling, as well as in training and die design.
Especially designed to easily work diamond, PCD, ceramic or carbide dies, the Die Flex WP-100 wire polishing machine ensures a mirror finish.
Equipped with a very simple to use toll free level clamp this machines is able to work the angle or bearing by rotating the die table.
Two fully adjustable clamps hold the wire to make the centering fast and easy. The dies are held in metric or inch collects that center the die with the hold down cap.
Die Flex WP-100 wire polishing machine is provided with a CA safety switch and circuit to guarantee the operator safety without obstructing the work area.
