Electro-magnetic galvanized wire wiping systems

This latest technology uses a finely controlled electro magnetic field to remove the excess zinc trom wires exiting the galvanizing furnace.

The unit is able to offer a very significant zinc savings over all other heavy zinc coating systems. Installed units have control to within 30 g/m2 (0,01 oz/ft2) over a range of wire diameters.
