High-carbon hardened and tempered steel strips

The high-carbon hardened and tempered steel strips are one of INAC’s flagship products, cold rolled in the main steel grades according to UNI EN 10132-4: C60S, C67S, C75S, 75Cr1, C100S, 51CrV4. Different grades, such as C85S and D6A, can also be produced upon request.

The dimensional range includes widths from 5 mm to 650 mm and thicknesses from 0.10 mm to 4 mm, in coils or cut lengths from 800 mm to 3000 mm, thus fully meeting the different customer requirements.

The hardened and tempered steel strips can be produced with a variety of surface finishes, namely grey/blue, bright hardened, white polished, blue or yellow/gold polished.

Supplied in coils or cut-to-length, INAC’S H&T steel strips are available with sheared or rounded edges, or even with special profiles according to specific customer needs.

This type of steel strip finds application in a wide range of industries, such as: safety components, compression valve discs for shock absorbers or clutches in the automotive industry, saws (hand-held for wood, belt, and circular), flapper valves, and a variety of other products.
