Wire rewinding line, semi-automatic, with wire pay-off and wire spooling machine

This semi-automatic wire rewinding line (mod. RWL 800) made by the Swedish machinery specialist LÄMNEÅ BRUK AB consists of a powered pay-off, automatic tension control dancer unit and spooling machine.

The line is suitable for the advanced wire spooling of coils and spools up to 100kg.
The types of spools that can be used on this line are wire coils and baskets, made of plastic and fibre.

The typical wire range that can be subject to wire rewinding has a diameter between 1,6 and 5,0 mm.

The maximum wire speed is 15 m/s.
