In addition to standard round tubes, production capabilities extend to complex metal profiles designed to meet specific functional requirements:

 

  • Round/roll-formed, square, and rectangular tubes: manufactured with tight tolerances for pressure, structural, or aesthetic applications.
  • Custom-designed special sections: development of unique geometries based on customer technical drawings, ideal for sectors requiring specific mechanical integration.

 

End forming and machining operations

 

The functionality of a tube often depends on the precision of its end connections. Cold forming and machining operations are carried out to ensure optimal performance during assembly stages:

 

  • Calibration, socketing, and tapering: operations to achieve precise diameters or gradual section transitions for the insertion of mating components.
  • Bead rolling and flaring: mechanical forming processes to ensure leak-tightness, secure sealing elements, or protect tube ends.
  • Turning: machining of complex chamfers or precision threading.

 

High-precision cutting methods

 

Cutting is the starting point that determines the quality of subsequent processing. Several techniques are available depending on the final application:

 

  • Laser cutting: a versatile technology for clean cuts, slots, and complex perforations along the tube body with minimal tolerances.
  • Orbital cutting: ensures a perfectly perpendicular and smooth surface, an essential condition for subsequent automated welding.
  • Saw cutting (deburring or brushing): provides clean finishes free of sharp edges, with a noticeable improvement in surface appearance.
