Laser seam welders

TTEngineering’s CSU laser seam welders are designed for the fully automatic longitudinal welding of pipes made from stainless steel, mild steel (including galvanized), copper, aluminum, and various alloys.

Torx locking system

Pipes are manually loaded by the operator, then automatically positioned, welded, and unloaded without further intervention. A distinctive feature of the SLU series is its Torx locking system, which securely clamps the pipe without requiring dedicated tools. This design enables quick diameter changes and enhances overall production flexibility.

Dimensional range and technical specifications

The system supports pipe diameters from 76 mm (up to 100 mm in the XL version) to 500 mm (up to 800 mm in the XL version), with wall thicknesses ranging from 0.4 mm to 2.0 mm. Available pipe lengths include 1,000 mm, 1,250 mm, and 1,550 mm. With a cycle time between 20 and 40 seconds, the SLU ensures high productivity without compromising weld quality.
