The NTC consistently delivers perfectly pattern-laid coils of up to 4.5 metric tons, ensuring twist-free wire in inverted carriers. The non-stop payout system allows continuous coil-to-coil operation by welding finish ends to start ends, minimizing downtime and boosting efficiency. With reduced power consumption and fewer components, the NTC also supports sustainable manufacturing practices.
