Wet pre-coating machines – HSBE series

WiTechs wet coating machines apply uniform coatings and perform controlled drying, making them suitable for lubricant carrier applications on mechanically descaled or pickled wire rod. The HSBE-3302 features a durable stainless-steel design with high energy efficiency and an extensive set of monitoring and control functions to support a safe and stable production process.

Dry coating machines – BSG series

The BSG/TF applies a homogeneous, reproducible soap coating, commonly used for concrete reinforcement steel wire before cold rolling. Its integrated extraction and dust collection ensure a clean and consistent process.
