Carbide rolls for wire rolling

Steel and tungsten carbide rolls for smooth and ribbed wire. Wire forming needs to be performed gradually through various steps. Several rolling sequences are available, based on the type of profile to roll (symmetrical / asymmetrical).
A rim on the surface of the outer diameter of each roll shapes the portion of wire that will come into contact with it. Each roll will then be keyed on its roll holder, allowing its rotation.
