Cometo’s INT 180 Feeder pre-straightening machine is a robust and versatile piece of equipment, designed to cover a wide range of applications: feeding of rod for production into screw and bolt making machines, pointing/stringing machines, wire drawing machines and others.

Equipped with a hydraulic rollers self-centering locking and releasing system, this machine consists of a feeder with 180 mm rollers plus 2 wire straighteners with 110 mm rollers, but can be upgraded and configured upon request and depending on the materials to be straightened.

The Dual Plane Wire Straightener with roller positioning/adjuster indicators ensures the production remains consistent, decreases down time and helps reducing set-up times.
