Leading Machinery Germany, official supplier of Cometo for the German market, supplies and sells Cometo PFR43 rotating die holders for dry drawing machines.

This device improves wire lubrication through the die thanks to its rotary movement, avoiding deformation and thus preserving the roundness of the wire: it is also possible to have additional cases for liquid lubricant and/or stearate. The main advantages of these rotating die holders are: a conveniently quick die replacing method, fast cooling liquid check, as well as no additional pressure created on the die due to the coolant bathing in an open tank.

In order to accommodate your needs, the PFR43 is available in 4 different speeds, with diameters ranging from 38 mm to 100 mm, and it can be supplied with either indirect or direct water cooling.
